Attorney takes 3BD condo in Roscoe Village
September 29th, 2010 | by ashley gordon |Mark L. Stolzenburg bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 2250 W. Belmont Ave., Unit #4W in Roscoe Village from Kay M. Wadsworth for $427,500 on Aug. 11.
Wadsworth paid $429,000 for the property in June 2005. The 1,700-square-foot condo is part of the six units at 2248-2250 W. Belmont Ave., a development built in 2004 in Roscoe Village.
Stolzenburg is an associate in the Labor and Employment group with Vedder Price P.C. He previously was a field attorney at the National Labor Relations Board in Peoria, Illinois and was an associate at a Chicago law firm that specializes in management-side labor and employment law.
He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law-St. Louis, where he was the executive articles editor of the Washington University Law Review, and earned his B.S. from New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
Wadsworth is national pursuit team senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she formerly served as learning and education faculty and audit manager. Before that, she was an accounting intern for the PAN American Group at Cargill Inc.
She has a bachelors of accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 80 condo sales in Roscoe Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $359,000
